Delivery Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above Rs. 1,299.
  • A shipping fee of Rs. 99 applies to prepaid orders below Rs. 1,299.

Order Processing & Delivery

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.
  • Delivery usually takes 5-10 business days, depending on your location.
  • Most orders are delivered within 7 business days.

Shipping Information

To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please note the following:

  • Please provide accurate shipping and contact details while placing your order.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.
  • A tracking link will be shared via email or SMS once your order has been dispatched.
  • Please ensure that you or an authorized person is available to receive the package at the delivery address.
  • If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to recipient unavailability, re-delivery may take additional time.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Returns, Replacements & Refunds

We take great care in packaging every order. However, if you experience any of the following issues, we'll be happy to help:

  • You received a damaged product.
  • You received a defective product.
  • You received an incorrect product.
  • An item is missing from your order.

Once your request has been reviewed and verified, we'll arrange a replacement or process a refund, as applicable.

Unboxing Video Requirement

To help us resolve your request quickly and fairly, a complete, continuous unboxing video is required for all return, replacement, or refund claims.

The video must:

  • Begin before opening the sealed package.
  • Clearly show the shipping label.
  • Capture the entire unboxing process without any cuts, pauses, or edits.
  • Clearly display all items received inside the package.

Unfortunately, we will be unable to process claims submitted without a valid unboxing video.

Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings and other pierced jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged unless:

  • The product is damaged.
  • The product is defective.
  • An incorrect product was delivered.
  • An item is missing from the package.
