How do I place an order?+
Add the jewellery pieces you like to your bag and continue to WhatsApp checkout. Roop Sandook will confirm availability, total amount, and payment details manually.
Can I ask about colour or styling before ordering?+
Yes. You can message on WhatsApp for colour availability, styling help, or pairing suggestions for sarees, lehengas, kurtas, and festive outfits.
Are the products ready to ship?+
Product availability will be confirmed before payment. Once Sanity is connected, inventory status will be shown directly on the website.
Do you support custom jewellery orders?+
Custom order support is a placeholder policy for now. We can update this once the business process is finalized.
How will payment work?+
For Version 1, payment will be handled manually after WhatsApp confirmation. A payment gateway is not part of the initial launch.
